Just as the way a bird weaves strands of grass, one by one into a fully-fledged shelter for young ones, same is the place we are in today as the entire Top Rose fraternity.  Years ago, an idea was conceived, fabrics were gathered and knit together into what is now launching as The Top Rose Beauty College. It is our newborn institution developed as response to a higher calling of solving challenges in our generation and society today. We are living at an interesting time when most institutions are generating highly educated graduates, while the job market is in dire need of highly skilled taskforce. As informed by reestablishment of Technical and Vocational Education and Training institutions (TVET), it is clear the government is conscious of this trend and it is moving swiftly to address the status quo.   Therefore, we complement government’s effort to generate a skilled taskforce in pursuit of complete transition from school to employment avenues of all learners.  Having been in the beauty industry for years, we are equipped with ability to identify gaps such as inadequate skills and growing demand for quality, professional hair and beauty services with pinpoint precision. We live by mantra of not only identifying gaps and talking about them but moving swiftly to fix them, that is why we are introducing The Top Rose College at a time when it is needed most. We are presenting ourselves not only as an institution best set to deliver training but also as the best roadmap to employment avenues upon completion of courses with us.   Interestingly, our newborn institution is already set for you.
